These terms govern your use of the Shnibi Studio website (www.shnibistudio.com) and the ShnibiStudio browser application hosted on it. By using the site or the app, you agree to these terms.

WHAT SHNIBISTUDIO IS

ShnibiStudio is a free browser-based application for placing artwork into .shnibi mockup files. It runs entirely in your browser. No files are uploaded to any server, no user account is required, and no personal data is collected by the application itself.

The application is provided free of charge. We may update, change, pause, or discontinue it at any time without prior notice.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the application for any lawful purpose, commercial or personal. You may not:

— reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying code beyond what is technically necessary to run the application
— use the application to process content you do not have the right to use
— use the application to build a competing product or service

.SHNIBI FILES AND LICENSED CONTENT

.shnibi scene files sold through authorised marketplaces are covered by a separate license included with each purchase. Using those files with this application does not change the terms of that license.

The application itself does not grant any rights to scene files you have not purchased.

NO WARRANTIES

The application and the website are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the application will work in every browser or on every device, that it will be free of defects, or that it will be continuously available.

If the application does not work as expected in your browser, we appreciate being told — but we cannot guarantee a fix for every environment.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Shnibi Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or the application, including but not limited to lost sales, lost data, lost working time, or issues caused by third-party software, browsers, or platforms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The website may link to third-party services (for example, our Etsy shop). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third-party services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Shnibi Studio name, branding, website design, and application code are the intellectual property of the operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without written permission.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the website or application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the competent courts of the operator's registered jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that grant you the right to bring proceedings in the jurisdiction of your residence.
