PRIVACY NOTICE

This notice explains what data is collected when you use the Shnibi Studio website (www.shnibistudio.com) and the ShnibiStudio browser application, and how that data is handled.

THE SHORT VERSION

ShnibiStudio runs in your browser. Your artwork and .shnibi files are processed locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to us, nothing is stored by us, and no account is required to use the application.

The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes basic technical information (described below) for security and delivery purposes. We do not set tracking cookies or use advertising networks.

DATA PROCESSED BY THE APPLICATION

None that leaves your device.

When you open a .shnibi or image file in the application, that file is read by your browser and composited locally. It is not transmitted to our servers, because we do not have servers that receive user files. When you save the result, it is saved directly to your device.

DATA PROCESSED BY THE WEBSITE (via Cloudflare)

The website is served through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes limited technical data to deliver the site and protect it against abuse, including:

— IP address
— browser type and version
— date and time of access
— pages requested
— referring URL (if any)

This processing is necessary for the site to function securely and is carried out under Cloudflare's own privacy terms. The legal basis under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

This website uses only strictly necessary technical cookies set by Cloudflare for security and performance (for example, bot-management tokens that distinguish human visitors from automated abuse). These cookies do not require consent under Spanish law (LSSI-CE Art. 22.2, exception for strictly necessary cookies). No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER GDPR

You have the right to:

— request access to any personal data we hold about you
— request correction of inaccurate data
— request deletion of your data
— object to processing based on legitimate interest
— lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es)

Because the application does not collect personal data, most of these rights are exercisable only in relation to the limited technical data handled by Cloudflare for website delivery.

RETENTION

We do not retain user files or artwork — they never leave your device.

Technical access logs handled by Cloudflare are retained for the period specified in Cloudflare's own policies, typically a short period for security purposes.
