Thank you for your purchase.

This file covers what you can do with the scenes you bought, and what you can't. It's written to be clear, not clever. If anything is uncertain, get in touch — contact details are at the end.

WHAT THESE FILES ARE FOR

Showing your own artwork, photography, or designs in a realistic setting — so you can list, market, and sell your work.

That means you can use the rendered mockups in:
— your Etsy listings and product photos
— your Shopify, Amazon, Redbubble, Society6, or any print-on-demand shop
— your website, portfolio, and social media
— your paid advertising and marketing materials
— printed catalogues, lookbooks, and presentations

You can use them commercially. You can use them on as many of your own products and listings as you like. The license doesn't expire.

WHAT YOU CAN'T DO

— resell, share, or redistribute the .shnibi or .psd files themselves
— include them in bundles, template packs, or downloads of any kind
— upload them to stock sites, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms
— use them to create a competing mockup product
— claim the scenes as your own work
— transfer this license to anyone else

In short: the scenes stay with you. The images you make with them are yours to use.

ONE LICENSE PER BUYER

This license is for the person or business that purchased it. If a colleague or teammate needs to use the files, they need their own copy.

USING SHNIBISTUDIO

ShnibiStudio (www.shnibistudio.com) is free to use with these files. No account, no subscription, no install. It runs locally in your browser — nothing you load into it is uploaded anywhere.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These files are provided as-is. We've tested them carefully and we stand behind the quality of what we render — if a file is broken or won't open, get in touch and we'll send a working copy.

Beyond that, Shnibi Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the files or the ShnibiStudio app. That includes, for example, lost sales, lost working time, or issues caused by third-party software or platforms the files are used with.

Your statutory consumer rights under applicable Spanish and EU law are not affected by this clause.
